Can I bring my clients and bookings from Excel?
Yes. Upload your sheet, or send it to us and we bring it in for you. Your own column names are fine.
Can I start in the middle of the season?
Yes. Most studios start with new enquiries and invoices first, and move old weddings over when it gets quieter.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Start free with galleries and the lead inbox, with leads from your enquiry link, Instagram, Facebook, ads and wedding sites landing in one place. Pick a plan when you want quotes, invoices and the rest.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The whole studio works from the phone’s browser, and so does every page your couples see.
Does bholi hold my money?
No. Couples pay your UPI or your own Razorpay account directly.
Will my invoices be GST compliant?
Yes. CGST, SGST or IGST is worked out from the couple’s state, with credit notes and a monthly summary for your CA.
Can I take payment in instalments?
Yes. Set a schedule like 30%, 40%, 30%, and reminders go out before each due date.
Do couples need to download an app?
No. Quotes, pay links, galleries and the delivery tracker all open in the browser.
How does selfie search work for guests?
A guest takes a selfie on the gallery page and sees only the photos they are in. No sign-up needed.
Can I use my own web address?
Yes. On Business, quotes, galleries and the tracker open on your own domain. On other plans you get a free bholi address.
Who owns my photos and data?
You do. Download your invoices, payments, expenses and reports any time, or keep photos in your own cloud storage.
Can my freelancers log in?
They don’t need to. Each one gets a private link with their shoots and call sheets, where they confirm or decline; no app or password.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your galleries stay up until the end of the period you paid for.
