Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions and payments work on Bholi.ai, when refunds are and aren't available, and how to cancel or request a refund. It applies to all paid plans and purchases made through the Bholi.ai platform operated by Kaslane Tech & Entertainment Pvt Ltd, and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1- Overview Bholi.ai offers paid subscription plans and may offer one-time purchases or add-ons. This policy describes the terms for billing, cancellation, and refunds. By purchasing a plan, you agree to this policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
2- Subscriptions & Billing
2.1 Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually), as shown at the point of purchase.
2.2 Charges are processed through RBI-authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details.
2.3 All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which are added as required by law.
3- Cancellation
3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
3.2 Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.
3.3 Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period unless you qualify under Section 5.
4- Auto-Renewal
4.1 To avoid interruption, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.
4.2 Recurring charges are processed in line with applicable RBI guidelines (including additional-factor authentication and pre-debit notifications where required).
4.3 You can turn off auto-renewal anytime before your next billing date through your account settings. Turning it off prevents the next charge but does not refund a charge already made.
5- Refund Eligibility
5.1 Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- A first-time plan purchase, requested within 3 days, where the Service has not been substantially used.
- A duplicate or accidental charge.
- A verified technical or billing error on our side.
- A paid feature that was not delivered due to a fault on our side and could not be resolved.
- 5.2 Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may verify account usage before approving a refund.
6- Non-Refundable Items Except where required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Fees for a billing period already in progress or already used.
- Renewal charges after the eligibility window in Section 5.
- One-time setup fees, add-ons, or consumed credits/usage.
- Charges where the account has violated our Terms & Conditions.
7- How to Request a Refund
7.1 Email connect@bholi.ai from your registered email address with your account details, the transaction date/ID, and the reason for the request.
7.2 We aim to acknowledge requests within 48–72 hours and to decide within 10 business days.
8- Refund Method & Timeline
8.1 Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
8.2 Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
8.3 Any applicable taxes are refunded in accordance with law.
9- Taxes & Currency
9.1 Refunds are made in the original currency of the transaction. Currency-conversion differences or bank charges (for international cards) are determined by your bank and are not controlled by us.
9.2 GST and other taxes are handled as required under Indian law.
10- Chargebacks & Disputes If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first - we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account pending review.
11- Your Consumer Rights This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law.
12- Changes to This Policy We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
